I like almost everything about this hotel. The hotel was designed with the guests' usage in mind. I want to thank the owner and the designer. The room was spacious, the bathroom was well-designed, good water pressure. I like the closet and the space for luggage, too. Good job! Staff members were all extremely friendly, though their English was not very fluent, they were all very friendly, helpful and hospitable. Thank you. The massage shop at the hotel is one of the best and most professional I have had. I highly recommend it, too.

There is a sauna in the room, very convenience for refresh after getting wet in the heavy rain. The staff was very patient in responding requests regarding the room and the food serving. The breakfast served was fantastic, fresh and delicious. We stayed for two consecutive night, but had seen some variation in the breakfast dishes. A foot massage center was located in the first floor. It is suggested to make a reservation after having all the business stuffs done.

The staff are accommodating and friendly; they are professional and very experienced with what they do. I have stayed there twice; the hotel offers a mid-size fridge, which is very unusual but generous for travelers. I am sure that I will stay with them again the next time that I am in town again.

It’s an incredible stay. The room is clean and comfortable, there is a beautiful rooftop garden, the tea time is great, and the breakfast buffet is just outstanding. I will definitely come back if coming to Hsinchu again

Nice welcome. Very comfortable room and relatively quiet. Nice food in the restaurant for the evening. Have their own Massage center on site which was very nice and professional, with affordable rates. Good plentiful buffet breakfast.

Location is pretty convenient, not located in a suoer busy area but close enough to the train station that you can walk from. The best part is definitely the rooms themselves. Nicely decorated with a spacious, well equipped bathroom, room was clean and comfy. The breakfast was also really decent with Chinese and Western style food. Also very nice and helpful staff.

Rich and varied breakfast. Friendly staff help us to call Taxi. While enjoying free afternoon tea, we can also browse and read books. This is a very comfortable environment to relax. I will bring friends next time.

We tavel alot, and this was one of the best hotels in Hsinchu. We stayed in this hotel for two nights and they gave us 300 NT shopping vouchers for each night. The hotel's restaurant offers excellent healthy foods which we really enjoyed. It’s very clean in the room and the bathroom, in which we like it most is the steam sauna. Breakfast was served in the room because of the COVID-19 which we liked very much and we were satisfied. Every day after 5 pm we had coffee, fruit and sweets in the room. Very friendly and helpful staff. We'll definitely be back.
